  • Driver agrees to operate the vehicle in a safe and lawful manner.
  • No racing, speeding, or negligent operation is permitted.
  • No passengers other than dealership representatives are allowed.
  • Vehicle is for test driving purposes only.
  • Driver is responsible for any traffic violations or fines.
  • Driver agrees to return the vehicle on time and in the same condition as received.
  • Any damage to the vehicle will be the responsibility of the driver.
  • Zoom Auto Sales reserves the right to terminate the test drive at any time.
